Shipping is not included in the cost of your order from Advantage Outdoor Products. Shipping expenses will be calculated separately within the checkout page. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse via common carrier. Advantage Outdoor Products ships to all 48 contiguous states.

Unloading Shipment:

Customers are responsible for unloading their purchase off the truck. If you are unable to unload your order, please notify us so we can make special arrangements. If you require special delivery instructions, such as lift gate service or requests regarding special delivery instructions, please contact us so we can assure your items will be delivered properly and on time.

Returns & Exchanges

Here at Advantage, we try our best to deliver amazing products and ultimately provide an excellent customer experience. Unfortunately, things happen that are out of our control. With that being said here are a few things you might want to know…

  • We stand by our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact Customer Service to begin the Return or Exchange process

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment

  • After receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a merchandising credit or your money back, subject to shipping and handling fees

  • Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable for all returned items

  • Risk of loss or damage to Products purchased from Advantage transfer to you upon delivery of such Products to the carrier


To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we thoroughly inspect every product before it leaves our doors. But, we too are human as is freight carriers. Upon arrival of your purchase, please give a full inspection as soon as possible! If damage is present, be sure to take note of any visible damage and take pictures of damage found. It is crucial to verify that you have received the correct item and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Have an issue with your order? Please call Advantage Outdoor Products Customer Service within 30 days to begin the return process.

Returned orders must be shipped in the original packaging, unused, freight prepaid and is in resalable condition. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will then inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
