All product warranties take effect at the date of purchase. All of our products are under warranty for 1 year, products with extended warranties will be listed on that specific product page. Should any failure occur within the warranty period, please notify us so we can resolve the issue promptly!
Before every product leaves our doors, we give a thorough inspection to ensure the item is free of any defects and is in excellent condition. The warranty, if applicable, does not cover damage to any product caused by the following:
Natural exposure to Mother Nature's elements such as storms, fire or floods
Misuse / improper handling
Product that have been altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than Advantage staff
The warranty becomes void immediately if any of the listed occurrences take place.
Products that are verified defective within that products warranty period, at our discretion, will either be replaced or repaired at Advantage Outdoor Products. To begin the warranty process, Purchaser should promptly notify our Customer Service department. We will ask for a copy of the original invoice with date of purchase and issue a "return authorization number". After these steps have been completed, we can proceed with the warranty process.
Advantage Outdoor Products will repair defective part(s) or supply a new part(s) within 60 days of receipt of the written notification. At our expense, we will deliver the repaired or new part(s) to the job site. We will not be responsible for providing labor or incurring cost of labor to remove the defective item and install the repaired or new part(s).
We try our best to portray the exact color of every product from the frame to the color of desired board. Due to digital or print alterations, colors may appear different in real life.
