All three sizes have the same weight capacity and can hold heavy tools. The difference is prong length - the 6" rack keeps tools close to the wall and is great for tight spaces, but holds fewer items. The 12" is our most popular, offering a good balance of capacity and reach. The 20" extends tools further from the wall and holds the most items, ideal for busy workshops and commercial facilities.

All three sizes (6", 12", and 20") have the same weight capacity - they're all built from heavy-duty 1" square steel tubing. Although we have not completed an official weight capacity test, we performed an in-house study and it held over 210 lbs with no sign of bending or breaking. The only difference between sizes is the prong length, which determines how far tools extend from the wall.

Each rack comes with pre-drilled mounting holes. Simply locate your wall studs, mark the pilot holes, and fasten with the included mounting hardware. Installation takes just minutes with basic tools.
